  I would give this place 4 stars if it wasn't for their extremely damp/moist room.
  Should be called The Damp Regal Plaza.
  
  The pool is great.
  Staff is friendly.
  Room decent size & clean.
  New fridge, appliances updated and clean.
  But the rooms were so damp. I've never experienced anything like it. I would imagine it's what visiting a rain forest is like.
  Everything we own is now damp. Even clothing that was never taken out of suitcases. Bed was damp...if not wet. They have some 'damp rid ' thing hanging in the bed room.
  It's really quite odd. This place has to have mold in it. My asthma has been bothering me since day 1.
  Can not wait to go home and dry out.
  Will not recommend.
  
  Like I said...nice place ...if the rooms were dry.
