  The staff at Bal Harbour are so incredible. We had a really crappy situation happen with another hotel booking. Our reservation was cancelled elsewhere so we had nowhere to go. We started calling around, and Bal Harbour was the only place that stayed on the phone long enough to listen to our story. They were extremely sympathetic and gave us an absolutely stunning room day of at a HUGE discount. I will absolutely stay at the Bal Harbour every time I'm in town. It was such an amazing experience.
